During my many years in the real estate industry, both as a Realtor and as a real estate attorney in New York, I developed skills in transactions and negotiations that significantly enhance my ability to achieve the goals of my clients. Before I can put those skills to use, however, I have to find the ideal property for my buyer clients, or the ideal buyer for my selling clients. To do this, I use a different set of skills. I use the knowledge acquired over many years in the local market, including an extensive network of relationships with brokers and builders, information on “pocket” listings and other insider knowledge of the market. I also use the substantial resources and marketing capabilities of Coldwell Banker and my team at Westport Beach and Country Homes. We pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of internet marketing, so vital to today’s real estate marketplace.
In addition to representing home buyers and sellers, I have extensive expertise in land sales and new construction, including a working knowledge of local zoning and conservation regulations. This enables me to view a property with an eye toward “adding value.” For example, a property may have room for expansion or a pool, increasing its appeal to buyers and its marketability. Unearthing a property’s hidden value allows me not only to market it to its best advantage, but to readily answer buyer’s questions about its potential.
I am an experienced attorney having practiced real estate law for ten years at a major New York City law firm. My background and skills honed during years of practice enable me to serve as a strong professional advocate for my clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
